General guidance for travellers from Bangladesh. Not an official requirements list.
1. Passport and personal documents
Check that every traveller’s passport is machine-readable and valid for as long as current rules require. If a renewal is needed, start early, because processing times vary. Families should also keep national ID and relationship documents together.
2. Visa basics
Umrah visas are issued only by Saudi authorities, through official channels. Eligibility, fees and processing times can change. We can explain the steps and review your documents, but we cannot influence a decision.
3. Flights
Compare direct and connecting routes, arrival airport (Jeddah or Madinah), total travel time and baggage allowance. Elders and children often benefit from fewer connections. Fares are not held until a ticket is issued, so confirm promptly once you decide.
4. Hotels and transport
Distance to the Haram or Masjid an-Nabawi, room type and meal options all affect price. Ask for inclusions in writing, including check-in dates and transfers.
5. Health and special needs
Check current vaccination and health requirements, carry necessary medicines in original packaging, and tell us early if anyone needs wheelchair or other assistance.
6. Payment and cancellation
Read the quotation carefully: what is included, what is paid to third parties, and what happens if plans change. Visa fees and some supplier charges may not be refundable. See our refunds and cancellations page.
