Most of what you buy through us is delivered by airlines, hotels, embassies and other providers, so their rules decide what can be changed or refunded. This page explains how we handle requests.
Flight tickets
- Date changes are usually possible for a fee plus any fare difference, depending on the fare type.
- Some fares are partly refundable and some refund only taxes. Fare rules are shown before you buy.
- We submit and track refund requests with the airline and pass the refund on once we receive it. Airlines set the timeline, which can range from days to several weeks.
Visa and government fees
Government and embassy fees are normally non-refundable, including when an application is refused. Our service charge is shown separately in your quotation.
Umrah, hotels, tours and packages
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the provider and the dates booked. Your written quotation states the applicable conditions before you pay.
