Quotations and payments
Prices are provided in written quotations, usually in Bangladeshi Taka. Airfares and supplier rates are not locked until tickets are issued or bookings are confirmed. Government and embassy fees are generally non-refundable.
Third-party services
Flights, hotels, transport, tours and visas are provided by outside organisations under their own terms. Your quotation states which services we provide directly.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes and cancellations follow the airline’s or supplier’s rules, plus any service charge stated in your quotation. Refunds are passed on after we receive them from the supplier. See our refunds and cancellations page.
