Do you show live fares or fixed package prices online?
No. We check current options for your dates and send a written quotation in BDT. Nothing is booked until you confirm, and we do not advertise fixed package prices because costs depend on season, dates and availability.
Can you guarantee a visa, admission or scholarship?
No. Only embassies, immigration authorities and universities make those decisions. We help you prepare a complete, accurate application and understand the process.
How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to every inquiry within one working day. You can also reach us directly on WhatsApp or by phone.
Where are you based?
Our office is at Aslam Tower (2nd Floor), Opposite Upazila Government Hospital, Puraton Bazar, Poschimgaon, Laksam, Cumilla. We also help customers across Bangladesh by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Do you help families and groups?
Yes. Families, community groups and small corporate teams get one coordinator and one set of documents, so nothing is lost between tickets, visas and hotels.

Bangla and English, on this website and when you speak to our team.
How do quotations and payments work?
We send a written quotation in BDT that shows our service charge, third-party costs and conditions. You pay only after you confirm. Airfares and supplier rates are not locked until tickets are issued or bookings are confirmed.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations follow the airline’s or supplier’s rules plus any service charge stated in your quotation. See our refunds and cancellations page for details.
Are government and embassy fees refundable?
Generally no. Government and embassy fees are normally non-refundable, even if an application is refused.
Is my personal information safe?
We collect only what we need to answer you and arrange your travel, and we do not sell personal information. Read our privacy policy for details.
