Do you show live fares online?
No. We check current options for you and send a written quotation in BDT. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
How long is a quotation valid?
Fares are not held until ticketing and can change within hours. Each quotation states an indicative validity period and we re-confirm the fare before you pay.
Can you change or cancel a ticket?
For tickets issued through us, we handle requests with the airline. Options and fees depend on the ticket’s fare rules.
How long do refunds take?
Airlines set the timeline, which can range from days to several weeks. We submit requests promptly and pass on the refund once we receive it.
What do you need to quote?
Your route, dates or flexibility, number of passengers (with children’s ages), and names exactly as in each passport. For international trips, we may ask about visa status.
